How you'll learn and be assessed
The course is 100% coursework-based, featuring both written and practical assignments, both of which are completed alone and in groups. Written assignments include studying media jobs, observing and analysing existing media like adverts and films, scriptwriting, planning, scheduling, and understanding film audiences
Progression
On completing this course most students choose to progress to a Level 3 course.
Entry requirements
You need to have 4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English language and maths, and have a keen interest in media and production.
