The McLaughlin scholarship application form

As a reminder, The McLaughlin Scholarships are available to students who:

• demonstrate clear goals and career aspirations
• achieve outstanding grades at GCSE: six or more GCSEs at grades 7, 8 or 9 (equivalent to A* or A)
• are going to study a one or two-year programme at Farnham College
• maintain a minimum 90% prior year attendance at school or college

The above eligibility criteria are intended to ensure fairness in the allocation of the McLaughlin Scholarships. However, scholarship awards are offered at the sole discretion of the Farnham Educational Foundation. The Farnham Educational Foundation reserves the right to award scholarships, with reference to the criteria, as it sees fit.

Students are invited to apply for the McLaughlin Scholarship by completing this application form.

You can complete the application form if you are a current student moving on to your second or third year of study, or if you have applied to start Farnham College in September 2021.

Application forms must be completed by Friday 30 July and applicants will be informed of the outcome of the application by Friday 10 September.
