Photography GCSE

An introduction in to the world of photography through both analogue and digital pathways.

Learn about how a camera and the darkroom work, but also learn about digital photography, digital flash, and how to use Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance photographs.

This course develops a wide range of skills, analytical and critical thinking and problem solving, which will be useful at University and future careers. Photography may offer a highly creative and hands-on alternative to other subjects you may be studying at A Level.

Access to photographic studios and darkrooms the option to loan digital and film cameras and portable flash equipment, plus a dedicated suite of iMacs and current Adobe software.
