This full-time course is designed to support students re-taking GCSEs, and comprises of the following:

  • GCSE Psychology
  • Digital Media L2 Award
  • GCSE Photography
  • GCSE English
  • GCSE Maths

 

During the course we will prepare you with the relevant study skills and attributes to ensure you are ready to progress to A Levels, or other Level 3 qualifications, for example BTEC Extended Diplomas, with the aim of progressing to university or employment/an apprenticeship.

You will study using a range of techniques including:

  • group work
  • independent study
  • research
  • practical activities
  • homework

We expect our students to be fully committed to their studies and attend all timetabled lessons, talks, tutorials and workshops. You will also have a weekly tutorial.

In addition, students can expect to attend trips and visits according to the needs of the individual subjects.

This GCSE is assessed by a final exam.

This is for students who want the opportunity to improve on their GCSE grades. You need to have 4 GCSEs at grade 3 or above including English and maths.
