Creative Media Production at Farnham College is an outstanding course. Excellent, energetic and inspirational teachers offer a high quality learning experience for all students. The department has fantastic resources with two Apple Mac suites, one PC suite, a television recording studio and a wealth of the latest media production software and hardware.
How you'll learn and be assessed
Your experience will be varied and include learning practical skills, looking at case studies, working as a team and preparing presentations. Homework: The nature of the BTEC course means that there is little formal setting of weekly homework. Instead, there is a longer timeframe in which to complete a collection of work. Students are expected to manage their own short term time-frames and complete all work to deadline.
Progression
Media (Creative Media Production) Level 3 BTEC Diploma or a package of A Level subjects including Media.
Entry requirements
At least four GCSEs at grade 3 (grade D) or above, including Maths and English Language.
